Regina caeli, laetare,
  alleluia
Quia quem meruisti portare,
  alleluia
Resurrexit, sicut dixit,
  alleluia
Ora pro nobis Deum,
  alleluia

Gaude et laetare, Virgo Maria,   alleluia
Quia surrexit Dominus vere,   alleluia

Oremus.
Amen.

Regina Caeli

QUEEN OF HEAVEN rejoice, alleluia; For He Whom thou wast meet to bear, alleluia, Hath risen as he promised, alleluia: Pray for us to God, alleluia.

Rejoice and be glad, O Virgin Mary, alleluia.
For the Lord is risen indeed, alleluia.

Let us pray.

O GOD, Who by the resurrection of Thy Son, our Lord Jesus Christ, hast vouchsafed to make glad the whole world, grant, we beseech Thee, that through the intercession of the Virgin Mary, His mother, we may attain the joys of eternal life, through the same Christ our Lord. Amen.

The Regina Caeli, with its traditional versicles and prayers, is said throughout Eastertide--i.e., from Easter Day through Pentecost, which is the seventh Sunday after Easter. If Pentecost is celebrated with octave, the Regina caeli is said through the following Saturday.

During Eastertide the ReginaCcaeli is said or sung after compline before going to sleep, and in place of the Angelus.
