Instructions
We hope you will visit us. All are welcome. The Church of the Ascension and Saint Agnes is located in downtown Washington at the corner of Massachusetts Avenue and 12th Street, N.W.
By Metrorail
The closest Metro subway stops are at Metro Center Station and the McPherson Square Station.
From Metro Center Station: Leave the station from the exit at 12th and G Streets, NW Walk five blocks north up 12th Street to Massachusetts Avenue.
From McPherson Square Station: Leave the station from the exit at 14th and I Streets. Walk east across 14th Street, diagonally across Franklin Square, and north along the east side of 13th Street. Follow 13th street two blocks to Massachusetts Avenue. Cross Massachusetts avenue and turn right on Massachusetts Avenue. The church is located at the eastern end of the block on the corner with 12th Street.
ParkingStreet parking is limited along Massachusetts Avenue and along 12th Street. Off-street parking is available on the Interpark Parking Lot at 1335 L Street, NW, located on the north side of L St. between 13th and 14th Streets. Parking is also available at the New City Center Parking Lot bounded by 9th, H, and 11th Streets and New York Avenue. Please do not leave any packages or other valuables visible in your vehicles. |
